If you use mobile device management
If your organization uses third-party mobile device management (MDM), you need to update your app's whitelist to make Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides available to your organization. Check with your MDM provider for details.
Even if your organization doesn't allow apps, users can upload or download files using Google Drive, but can't edit documents, spreadsheets, or presentations.
